  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk (divided)
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with cumin, minced onion, and garlic powder until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and 1 cup of whole milk. Bring to a gentle boil.
