  • 16 oz short pasta (uncooked)
  • 810 slices thick cut turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 10 oz tomatoes (quartered)
  • 23 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup whole milk (plus up to an additional 1/3 cup as needed)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water. Toss with a little olive oil if desired, then set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and black pepper. Adjust the thickness with more milk if needed.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, turkey bacon, chicken, tomatoes, onion, parsley, and parmesan. Toss with about two-thirds of the dressing. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Before serving, adjust dressing to taste and garnish with additional parsley and parmesan.
