Chili Lime Grilled Chicken is a mouthwatering dish that combines zesty lime and spicy chili for an unforgettable flavor experience.   • 2 lbs skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tsp fresh lime zest
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, honey, salt, and chili powder until well combined.
  3. Add chicken to the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat the grill and lightly oil the surface. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve some marinade) and grill for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and charred. Brush reserved marinade on top while grilling.
  5. Serve immediately.
