  • 3 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar (for cookies)

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste (for cookies)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  6. Scoop dough into balls, roll in sugar, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
