  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature, lightly beaten)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well mixed. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips and nuts if desired.
