These mini breakfast pizzas feature toasted English muffins topped with creamy scrambled eggs, savory turkey bacon, and gooey cheese, all enhanced by a zesty layer of Heinz chili sauce.   • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup turkey bacon bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Stir gently as it cooks.
  4. When the eggs are almost set, add 1/2 cup of turkey bacon bits and mix well.
  5. Slice the English muffins in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread chili sauce on each muffin half, then spoon the egg mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese and remaining turkey bacon bits over each muffin.
