  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cream cheese, and cheddar until well combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Open the biscuit dough, separate into individual biscuits, and flatten each into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Combine melted butter and Parmesan in a bowl. Brush this mixture over the tops of the bombs.
  7. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
