  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 can Dole Pineapple Slices (quartered)
  • 1/3 cup King's Hawaiian BBQ Sauce Original
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cubes with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and pan-fry until cooked through and golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Thread a piece of chicken onto a skewer, followed by a quartered pineapple slice, then another piece of chicken. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  3. Brush the kabobs generously with BBQ sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
