  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • Pinch of salt
  • White sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, tamari, Sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5 minutes per side).
  4. Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and let it thicken before removing from heat. Optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
