  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 12 oz mini Reese’s, chopped
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and milk; mix until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. To assemble the trifles, layer peanut butter cheesecake at the bottom of each cup. Top with chopped Reese’s and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream on top and repeat the layering process.
  5. Finish with a swirl of whipped cream and half a mini Reese’s on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
