  • 8 oz feta cheese, drained (220 grams)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Crusty toasted bread or crackers

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
  4. Before serving, garnish with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, an extra drizzle of honey, and additional pepper.
  5. Serve with crusty toasted bread or crackers for dipping.
