  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Slider buns or mini brioche buns
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined. Form small patties.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and basil pesto to create a pesto mayo.
  5. Place cooked patties on a baking sheet; top with halved cherry tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Assemble sliders: spread pesto mayo on the bottom bun, add the patty, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
