  • 250 g pasta (your choice)
  • 1 can tuna (200 g), drained
  • 100 g green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 100 g canned corn, drained
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, green peas, red onion, red bell pepper, and corn.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the tuna and vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over and gently mix until everything is well coated.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and toss lightly again.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
