  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the tuna patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
