Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • Pickle slices (optional, for serving)
  • Ketchup and mustard, for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease, then stir in turkey bacon and cheddar cheese. Let cool slightly.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Separate biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each slightly. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each round. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
  3. Arrange sealed bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, and pickle slices on the side.
