  • 2 slices Cuban bread
  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 2 oz sliced chicken ham
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 pickles, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon coconut water
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer turkey breast, chicken ham, turkey bacon, Swiss cheese, and pickles on one slice of bread (condiment side down).
  4. Drizzle coconut water over the filling.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread (condiment side down).
  6. Butter the outside generously.
