  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place naan on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan. If using mozzarella, sprinkle it on top. Add cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until naan edges are golden and crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
