  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegan margarine, melted
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce, melted margarine, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup.
  6. Once baked, drizzle the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to caramelize.
