Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into uniform fries.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding.
