Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz package Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3.5 cups cold whole milk
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes French vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or Cool Whip)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Mini marshmallows
  • 4 to 6 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Crushed pistachios (for "moss")

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pudding & Crush Oreos: Whisk together milk and pudding mix in a large bowl until thickened. Crush Oreos in a food processor or by rolling them in a ziplock bag until they form coarse crumbs.
  2. Make Whipped Cream: In another bowl, whip heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form. Fold in vanilla extract gently.
  3. Combine Cream Cheese & Pudding: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar. Gradually add the thickened pudding and beat until combined. Fold in the whipped cream until uniform.
  4. Assemble the Cake: In your chosen dish (8-inch round, trifle dish, or mugs), layer crushed Oreos, the cream mixture, and repeat until filled. Top with remaining crushed Oreos.
