Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced zucchinis to the skillet and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta until well combined with the zucchini.
  5. Incorporate crumbled feta and red pepper flakes if using. Toss gently until coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
