  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 150 g turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
